Descrizione Opera / Biografia
Artist Satement.”I recently completed a series of a dozen new Collage works originally made with cut and paste paper, then scanned and digitally printed. Collage is an exciting medium for me to work with as it allows me to create from a deeply intuitive level. It feels like a jigsaw completing itself, with me somewhat unaware of what the final image will become. Cathedral is a work that expresses my interest in themes of Architecture, Religion, Ancient Teachings, History, Conspiracy and the Unveiling of Hidden Knowledge. I am a person fascinated by Science and Metaphysics and our place in the Known and Unknown Universe. Metamorphosis, Spacial re-sequencing, Frequency Vibrations, Energetic Exchange in Invisible Realms, these are the patterns of interconnecting vibrations largely unseen yet intricately connected to our human condition and our time space scenario. I am concerned with the impact of technology and secret projects aimed at the control of populations and the science of human conditioning through social engineering.` I completed my BA at Flinders University, double major in Literature and Drama. In the eighties and nineties I worked mainly with photography and journalism. I enjoy creating with many different mediums. Metalwork Sculpture, Textiles, Painting and Mosaics. I work from my home Gallery space in one of the areas oldest Churches, Forest Creek Chapel.
