The painting shows Christ’s encounter with the apostle Thomas.
Thomas the Unbeliever is a self-portrait of my person.
I was baptized by my father with regard to the apostle Thomas with the same first name.
The relationship between me, Christ and the touch with the body is a deep and loving encounter.
Here we meet love, life, and the inevitable death.
