ARTWORK DESCRIPTION
The submitted artwork and the artworks submitted in support are part of a long going project called „ANHELO“ (engl. Yearning) and belong to the second part of it. The whole description of the the project ANHELO you will find on my website. Here I give you just a short overview:
In this project I deepen on the personalties I encounter on social media. I am specially interested in what is not said. My thesis: Often, behind private messages there are unexpressed longings. Some dream of a heavenly place (e.g. paradise), others yearn for past or future times and many see their lives fulfilled with the idea of an idealised love.
Part two of ANHELO is not finished yet. You will find an overview (and a detailed description) on my website under “recent project”.
