Artwork description / Biography
I started using an unconventional and fragile medium because it resembles the fragility of life. I can show through my works how beautiful and ephemeral that fragility can be. My paintings are made of egg shells. Each piece is hand painted, to keep the edges of the eggshells white. The edges give depth to the painting. Nothing was wasted during the creation of the painting. The eggs were cooked and distributed to the less fortunate.
