This painting is representing the second circle of Dante’s inferno / Lust. Today we are living times where lust is destroying the most beautiful concept human being has...love. Series inspired by Divine comedy, in particular the 9 circles of hell, but trying to depict it in our times-today’s loss of moral and core human values. I believe that we as a society are living a dark period for our spirit. There is a big loss in humanity and where our vices are becoming virtues. The crowd of people who are not even aware that they are in one of the circles as they continue their behavior that probably will cause pain to the fellow man.
Nebojsa Dimovski is born in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina. He has studied at secondary school of applied art in Sarajevo and after graduating moved to Rome, Italy, where he has gained BA in fine arts at Rome Art Academy in 2011. From there he has continued his journey in the Netherlands where he has dedicated himself to a personal research. Madrid was his next destination and home town until the recent pandemic. During that period he participated and was included in final of various art prizes from which we can select the oldest art prize in Spain - Autumn Salon and first prize at International Art Prize ”Valencia Cuna”. Curently living and working in Mostar.
