The work is part of a Wabi Sabi series, that started by reflecting the joy in front of nature - wabi and was supposed to continue with shows of the time passing, that leaves us with beautiful marks - sabi. The work moment coincides with the start of the war in UA, which left me feeling perplex and used. The gold marks is Kintsugi art related - repairing with gold, in this case apparently overwhelming the subject.
