”After Work Series”
This developing series explores the interaction between the individual and the work system. I am interested in dismantling the patterns of behavior and conduct imposed by the work system, patterns that paradoxically seek to standardize the human experience, although they actually lead to increasing collective loneliness.
The artwork consists of modifying a police baton, a symbol of authority, by replacing its handle with a sex toy. This intervention directly critiques traditional notions of power and domination. The installation seeks to question how power is exercised in society.”
