Different colored soil, searched for in numerous countries, collected like the impressions that write themselves into memory. This earth removed from its origin, is an uprooted material. Through the local change and a renewed localization, it becomes a new earth place elsewhere. This is the starting point of a search for the quality of simplicity, for authenticity in all its diversity
My art covers the field of painting and sculpture. It represents the intention to extend the meaning of my art. My concept is to create new interpretations by combining painting and sculpture. The crossing of borders and changing perspectives are features of manifesting my artist position and also important parts of my creative process.
