Seizing that moment of resignation when some, more or less consciously, collapse, slump, to tell us: I give up, carry on without me.
Of course, at the moment of the fall, there would be attempts at rescue, help to get up, to reintegrate, to get back on track. Fall in the street, you’ll be helped up. Faint, you’ll be helped... Lie down on the ground, you’ll be moved around.
