Studied at the Department of Art Education, Faculty of Education, Comenius University in Bratislava (degrees: Mgr. PaedDr., PhD.). During her doctoral studies, she dealt with painting techniques and their application in the school teaching environment.
She had her first exhibitions during her studies at high school, where she studied jewellery design. Her first exhibitions were devoted to jewellery (since 2005)
Since 2010, she has been mostly painting or working with textiles. In 2013, she created a modification of the painting on the water surface of the Ebru, with which she works today. She often complements it with a specifically hatched pen drawing, which is created by layering lines in four directions. She combines wire and ebru painting in her sculptures.
In addition to his artistic work, he is also engaged in teaching and scientific activities. In 2023 she participated in the International Biennial of Painting in Chisinau (Moldova). She has had more than 120 exhibitions (in 20 countries), including 20 solo exhibitions (mostly in Slovakia). In 2012 - 2015 she exhibited as an artistic duo Lu&We.
She has exhibited in Slovakia, Czech Republic, Austria, Italy, Hungary, Greece, Serbia, South Korea, Ukraine, Spain, France, Republic of Moldova, Netherlands, UK, Turkey, Japan, India, USA and Brazil.
She is a member of the oldest art association in Slovakia, the Artistic Beseda of Slovakia, and regularly participates in international painting symposia. She currently lives and works in Hodonín, Czech Republic.
