Hello, my name is Steliyan Steliyanov – Mr. Stu.
I work in the sculpture and woodcarving sphere where I mostly use wood as a material. The elements I include in my works are of the symbolism, nativism, minimalism, pop art, hyperrealism art movements. Some of my works are inspired by the elements of the present day– people, society and social issues, yet combined with my work conception and symbolism in each detail. In other cases my works are provoked merely by situations, moods, conversations, spontaneous sketches, etc.
Whatever art piece I start making I try to make it attractive and fine in detail. Because my moto I start work with every time is that in the end beauty will win.
