Considering ourselves invincible in our ever-widening, complex and sophisticated garden, we (re)discover with amazement that all the order we have created is nothing but more chaos, that we once again find ourselves confined and at the same time exposed and far from our comfort zone.
Confronting the representation of a primordial space, original, green, almost virginal, with a principle of order, represented by map axes and quotations, the intimate grid, a just and sufficient principle that seems to give meaning to a new order in the face of the apparent chaos of nature. Wouldn’t this be the materialization of a new beginning, of a new zero time that would bring us back to an original situation? The utopia of a second chance in the face of an uncertain future, a last exercise of conscience to finally reach a harmonious relationship with our environment, a dynamic of balance in which perhaps we will no longer need gardens?
