Sara-Vide Ericson has since her exam -09 from Royal Institute of Art in Stockholm, Sweden participated at a amount fairs, group- and solo exhibitions, for example an exhibition curated by Robert Storr -11. Ericson was born in north of Sweden, and now lives and works outside of Stockholm. Interpersonal strategies and their consequences is what Ericson’s work evolves from. Usually with emotionally charged banalities as a point of departure, in which Ericson embodies complexities in more or less general relation intrigues and failure. The characters in Ericson's artistry are imaginary as well as real dramas, portrayed in oil painting and drawing. During -12 Ericson will present her second solo exhibition at Gallery Magnus Karlsson, Stockholm and a couple of group exhibitions (Rostock, Seoul, Klaipeda). A 1-hour long documentary, produced by Swedish Television, about her work will also be broadcasted, and she’s also current with a book about her works on Orosdi-Back publishing house.
